HelpSpot is a web-based helpdesk product powering customer service teams across the globe.
UserScape approached us to help design and build the HelpSpot mobile applications, for iOS and Android, to complement the HelpSpot web application.
We worked closely with UserScape to bring their vision to reality; a great HelpSpot mobile experience on both iOS and Android, with a custom-designed UI, dedicated layouts for phones and tablets, implemented as fully-native apps on their respective platforms, for exceptional performance and usability.
